All players involved with Mazenod OCFC are required to complete the details below. Part 1 is the VAFA player registration form, whilst Part 2 is used for our own Club communications and player welfare management. Part 3 is your link to pay your player registration subscription (subs) online. PART 1 - VAFA PLAYER REGISTRATION

Just need to click on the link below. Use the email you have previously used for Sporting Pulse. If you have forgotten your password you just need to click on the “Forgot Password” link. Follow the prompts & answer the simple questions – takes about a minute
